Welcome to Edumatika! We’re excited to have you on board. This guide will walk you through the process of getting started, from setting up your account to managing your requests using Trello.
Step 1: Subscribe to Edumatika
To begin, subscribe to our service for a monthly fee of $499. This subscription provides you with access to our expert support, integration assistance, and more.
- Subscribe Now: Click the Subscribe Button on our homepage or any other section of the site to complete your payment. Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Single Plan: We offer a single, all-inclusive subscription plan that covers all your LMS support needs. No hidden fees or complicated tiers—just one flat rate.
Step 2: Set Up Your Trello Account
We use Trello to manage and track your requests efficiently. Trello allows you to follow the progress of your requests in real time, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Sign Up for Trello:
- If you don’t already have a Trello account, sign up for free at Trello.
- If you already have an account, simply log in.

Join Your Dedicated Board:
- After subscribing, you’ll receive an invitation to join a dedicated Trello board where all your requests will be tracked.
- Click on the invitation link in your email to join the board.
Step 3: Submit Your First Request
Once you’re set up on Trello, submitting a request is easy:

Access Your Trello Board:
- Navigate to your Trello board using the link provided in the invitation email.

Create a New Card:
- Each request should be submitted as a new card on your board.
- Click on “Add a card” in the appropriate list (e.g., “New Requests”) and provide a clear title for your request.

- As we work on your request, you’ll see the card move through various stages, such as “In Progress,” “Under Review,” and “Completed.”
- You can click on the card at any time to see detailed updates and comments from our team.
